This app says it's "not connected" a lot of the times I open it. The few times when it is connected, my account is signed out or logged out...I don't want to have to log in every time I use the app! and then the other pages/tabs either take forever to load or don't load at all, with the exception of the store/shop tab... which seems to always work...

this new visual/ui update is so bad. there is no telling when your friends are on the mobile app, since they removed "Mobile" entirely. favorite friends aren't at the top anymore, so what's the point of having favorite friends anymore? whoever redesigned this needs to be fired. also, whenever I start this God forsaken app, it takes FOREVER to load, just stays on "connecting" for about a few seconds before it finally loads in.

When I first downloaded this a couple of years it worked pretty well. Just wish you could voice chat in-game in certain games like Overwatch but no biggie... but here lately, let's say at least a year or so now, I've been unable to do anything! Can't even log in... It's so frustrating because some things like changing your online status are only available via the app. I can understand maybe a week or 2 but A WHOLE YEAR??? That's insane! Please fix or have the exact features on the website too...
